Greetings all James Richard Families.  I pray that all are doing well and in good spirits.  Our family website has been completely overhauled and can now be pulled up and saved on your favorite mobile device.  As you save the website, it will automatically convert to a mobile version on your mobile device.  Family reunion payments can now be accepted through our new website as well.  This letter outlines our 2025 James Richard Family Reunion.  The agenda for our 3-day weekend is as follows:

Friday, we will have our Family Meet & Greet at the Wingate by Wyndham Hotel Conference Room.  Saturday, we will have a free day with the availability of the African American Museum for individuals wanting to escape the heat and humidity.  We will have a Bounce House available for the kids and light food.  Saturday evening, we will have our Family Dinner and Family Dance also at the African American Museum.  Please wear black with accents of red.

 

We are asking each household to send $200.00 (2 or more people) or $75.00 for anyone coming by him/herself to offset the cost of our food at our Friday Meet & Greet, Saturday light food, Saturday evening food at our Family Dinner & Family Dance, African American Museum all day rental and our music DJ.  We need your Family Reunion money by Tuesday, July 1, 2025 to start purchasing food items and accessories.  Please pay through our website under the PAYMENT link or make your check or money order payable to:  James Richard Family Reunion.  You may also Cash App at $RichEley or Venmo at @REleySr

 

Hotel accommodations have been secured at the Wingate by Wyndham West Monroe.  Our family reunion group rate for a King Bed is $99.00/night (plus tax).  Double Queen Bed and King Bed Suite are both $109.00/night (plus tax).  All rooms include a free Hot breakfast, a kitchen, and a stove.  King Bed Suite comes with a sofa bed.  Prices are guaranteed until Tuesday, July 1, 2025.  Please call the hotel directly at 318-387-7395.  Advise Wingate by Wyndham West Monroe you are with the James Richard Family Reunion.  Everyone is responsible for making hotel reservations for themselves.
